Natasha was admitted as an Attorney and received her right of appearance in the High Court in 2008 after having completed her articles at Weavind & Weavind Attorneys in Pretoria.
Natasha joined Boshoff Inc Attorneys in 2013 after having had her own practice for four and a half years and specializes in Family Law, Divorces, Financial Debt Collections, Rental agreements, Contracts and High Court Litigation.
Natasha focuses on all Litigation matters in the Office and has been awarded many Legal Tenders to big Corporates in and around South Africa due to her no nonsense approach.
Joyce Bezuidenhout joined Boshoff Inc Attorneys in 2009 and was made a Director in 2010.
Joyce specializes in Conveyancing and is a specialist in Real Estate and Property Developments.
Joyce has successfully completed several Property Developments, Township Registers in and around South Africa, which includes but is not limited to Sectional Title Developments, Full Title Developments and Commercial Developments.
Joyce focuses and overseas quality control on all the banks mortgage bond registration panels with her quality control Manager and the rest of her team, who are all senior ladies with more than thirty five years experience between them.
Kim served as a Judges Clerk in the High Court of Pretoria for Justice Patel, Justice Moseneke (Now Constitutional Court Judge) and Justice Webster for eight months and gained valuable insight into Civil and Criminal matters before completing her Articles at Van Huysteen & Botha Attorneys in Pretoria.
Kim has her right appearance in the High Court of Pretoria as well as the Western Cape after having being admitted as an Attorney on the Cape Roll in 2016.
Kim specializes in Corporate Marketing, Real Estate Law, Conveyancing, Property Developments,Commercial Law, Litigation, High Commission and Embassy work in South Africa.
Kim is also currently the Chair Lady of the Old Girls Association for Pretoria High School for Girls and has a vast database of ladies belonging to this Alumni across the South Africa and abroad.
Willem specializes in property and financial law and has over 30 years’ experience in the conveyancing field, working daily with commercial developers, banks and estate agents.
He attended to the opening of many Sectional title registers as well as township registers, and also to all the conveyancing work following the openings of these registers.
He has done various Deeds Office searches relating to developments and has written many Deeds Office reports as a result.
He also did Deed Office searches for many clients relating to Land claims and issued various Conveyancer certificates in this regard.
He was admitted as a Conveyancer in 1984 and as a Notary Public in 1985 and has vast experience in these fields.
He acted as conveyancer for the following banks:

He further acted as correspondent for many firms of Attorneys in all the provinces in South Africa, lodging transfers and bonds, and attending to various Deed Office searches for the correspondents.
Willem will be permanently based in the Cape Town Office with his team.
Sivu has substantive knowledge of International Trade law, Oceans and
Law of the Sea, International Humanitarian Law, Climate Change and
International Criminal Law. Sivu was a member of the drafting committee
for the International Criminal Court Statute in 1998.
Sivu, was a facilitator for the review conference of the International
Criminal Court, (2006-2009), chairman of G77 and China and its lead
representatives on Oceans and Law of the Sea (2005-2006), Deputy
Permanent Representative of the South African Mission to the UN
(2005-2007), Legal adviser to the South African Mission to the United
Nations and represented South Africa in the Security Council in (2007-
2008), legal and strategic adviser to the Climate Change-COP 17
President 2011, Chief Director: East Africa Desk of the South African
Department of International Relations (2010-to May 2013).
Shenaaz specializes in property law and is head of the Bond Department
for Boshoff Inc.
Shenaaz together with her team and quality control manager ensure that
the Mortgage Bonds received from the various Banks are registered in the
Deeds Office within a quick turnaround time and weekly reports are sent
out to the various Banks as well as Mortgage Originators.
For the past 13 years, she has been the Legal Head of Collections of one of the largest debt collection companies in South Africa, before she partnered up with Cobus Boshoff and opened her own firm in Nelspruit. René is a specialist in her field and is also on the Board of ADRA, who has been on the foreground during the last couple of turbulent years in the debt collecting industry.
